The ministry of teaching is a vital and continuing part
of our mission. CSPC provides
opportunities for all ages to discover the depth of the
Christian faith and to understand
the meaning of that faith in the present age. It is by
participating in various Christian
Education programs that we maintain fellowship with other
members of Christ's body,
and that we grow in knowledge and wisdom of His ways.
CSPC hosts Vacation Bible School every summer for
all children ages 4 through 10. We play games, make
crafts, sing songs, and learn about God's love. We
invite the children of our congregation to bring a friend
or neighbor! In May you can register on-line, or forms
will be available at the church.
Firesiders Youth Group
CSPC high school age
youth gather together
every other Sunday
evening for fellowship
and fun activities. The
Firesiders plan fundraising
events (e.g., bake-off, yard
sale) throughout the year
to fund activities and their annual trip to Montreat in the summer. The
Flames Youth Group
is for 6th through 8th graders, and gathers together on every
other Sunday for fun
activities and fellowship.
Meetings are normally every Sunday evening from
6:30 to 8 pm. Check the Calendar for meetings. If you have
